At L'OBJET, we strive for excellence in every handcrafted piece; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original L'OBJET gift box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective layering is intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
